Value

Nagata Global Partners is an independent consulting firm that has been working since 2003 for more than 250 companies and public institutions, including Fortune Global 500 companies, in their international projects, particularly between Europe and East Asia (Japan, China, etc). Our consultants have a wealth of experiences to help clients to lead strategic projects under cross-cultural context  between  the West and the East.

1. Liberal Arts Approaches and Viewpoints

We provide support from multiple and global points of view, taking a broad view of business management in space and time, including "history and the future", "the world and the region", "the company and society", "management and the workplace", "strategy and action", "theory and practice", and "what does not change and what does change".

2. Change that gets to the root and essence

Rather than making partial or superficial improvements, we get to the root of the issues faced by our clients and work together with their stakeholders (employees, consumers, shareholders, local government, etc.) to lead essential change.

3. Sustainable, long-term vision and strategy

Together with our clients, we develop and implement strategies to achieve sustainable development for ourselves by contributing to the sustainable development of society (people) and the planet (nature).

Message from Nagata

We have entered an era in which everyone must take responsibility for society and the planet beyond national borders. Governments, citizens, academia and business need to work together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable society.

Companies are also under increasing pressure worldwide to shift their business to be stainable. The global community demands leadership that thinks outside the box of conventional business practices and organisational culture.

Nagata Global Partners was born in France, the birthplace of many of the new values that have transformed the history of the world: the ”Salons” of the 17th and 18th centuries were places of cultural and intellectual creativity for people of all nationalities, genders, professions and disciplines.

We, too, would like to provide our clients with a salon where they can engage in dialogue and creative activity from a variety of liberal arts perspectives. Our vision is to work together with our clients to create a better future by guiding them through the transformation of their business management, by looking at the essence of historical events and the future, and by combining Western and Eastern values and cultures.
